Order processing
All orders are processed within 24 working hours. During this time, our team makes sure each product is carefully prepared and packed for secure dispatch.
Delivery times
Once your order has been processed, dispatch takes place within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Standard UK delivery: 5 to 9 working days.
- Times may vary depending on your address, periods of high demand, or exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, courier delays and so on).
Tracking and confirmation
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, volume and delivery address. They are shown clearly before you confirm your order.
👉 Standard delivery is free on orders over a certain value (subject to current promotions).
